Warranty Information
We, True Blue Voice believe that customer satisfaction depends not only on how the product works out of the box, but how well it performs over time. We are so confident in the quality, reliability and dependability of our products. We offer 2 year warranty for office / call centre product, 1 Year warranty on Plantronics retail products
During the designated warranty period, Timna will offer the warranty as follows
Plantronics : Repair or Replace products that returned due to defects in material / Manufacturing defects.
Term
The warranty period lasts for 24 months on commercial products and 12 months for non-commercial products from the date of purchase.
Continuing Coverage
All replacement products will continue the balance of the original two year warranty period when applicable.
